And those retro, upcycled lamps she creates here in the studio. Hear the stories of growing up here with her pioneer farming family. Stroll to the Lake’s edge then return to the studio for wine and chat.

Following a multi-award-winning debut in 2021, The Shanties Choir are coming to Bairnsdale! Inspired by the #1 viral trend on TikTok which saw sea shanties catapulted back into popular culture and rocketing up the charts, this vocal ensemble is putting a modern pop spin on these folk classics. Includes specially created local choirs in both the Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale locations coordinated by Choirmaster Eva Grunden!

The whole of East Gippsland Music, Brass, Symphonia, Training Band and the Bairnsdale Gentlemen's Choir with special guests The Bunbury Men of Song. The afternoon will be an feast of entertainment with each ensemble performing on their own and combined with special attention on Chorals.

Inspired by the ancient Japanese culture of Onsen, come on a journey with well-known author and founder of The Fermentary, Sharon Flynn. Pop on a cosy robe and let Sharon immerse you in a Sake making workshop in our Wellness Tent, followed by applying a nourishing sake kasu facial mask. Soak up the goodness of this mask in the surrounds of our Hot Springs whilst enjoying a glass of sake paired with delicious sushi. Wash off under geothermal showers and then enjoy a relaxing hot soak in our pools. Take home your Sake ferment and instructions to continue this process.
