Wy Yung String Quartet Concert

The Wy Yung Quartet is a talented & exciting young string quartet. Joining Itet in July 2020 during Covid lockdown, they have performed at many iconic performance venues including the Melbourne Recital Centre, Bendigo’s Capital Theatre and St Mary’s Bairnsdale. In 2021, they were chosen to participate in the Melbourne Recital Centre’s Regional Music Exchange program. They received 3 days of professional development hosted by leading industry professionals across all genres of the music industry.

Our Wy Yung Quartet will be performing an eclectic program, featuring works by Butorac, Chaminade, Mozart, Vivaldi, Jenkins, Iversen & others. Plan to visit the beautiful Swan reach Hall and experience an hour of sublime chamber music performed by an inspiring local young string quartet.
