Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga session designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect. As we gather around the longest night of the year, this seasonal practice invites rest, reflection and renewal.
Over 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through a series of long-held, supported poses that gently release tension in the body, calm the nervous system and create space for stillness. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and offers a quiet, grounding complement to the energy of winter.
There will be gentle reflection and intention setting, honouring what has passed and welcoming the gradual return of the light.
