Winter Solstice Sip & Plunge

There’s nothing more rejuvenating than a plunge in the Gippsland Lakes in winter.

Gippsland Jersey advocates strongly for better mental health and this is great way to kick the winter blues, anxiety and depression straight in the teeth.

In conjunction with the Lakes Entrance Life Saving Club, this winter Sip & Plunge promises to be exhilarating and memorable. There will be prizes for those able to stay in the water the longest (without a wetsuit).

You get a raffle ticket included in the entry ticket with some lucky dip (pardon the pun) prizes.

Part of your entry fee for the Solstice Sip & Plunge supports services for Lifeline Gippsland.

Price = $10 includes hot chocolate, raffle ticket and donation (kids $2).
