In this immersion of rest Rayne will explain the medical benefits and introduce the science of brain waves as they relate to this healing practice. This will be followed by gentle accessible movements and breathwork to prepare you for a practice to take you into deeper states of awareness and relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a practice of non doing while lying or seated in a supported comfortable position. It is a practice that is accessible to any skill level. The beauty and the power of the practice is its effortlessness. Participants will be guided through a practice by simply listening and feeling, and skillfully taken into deeper states of your being.
