Shearing Shed Lamb Feast
Partake in an authentic paddock to plate experience at a working sheep farm and shearing shed, where lamb grown and produced on farm is skillfully prepared and served by Stuart Derham from The Local Metung. Using a whole lamb, Stuart will prepare a range of cuts as part of a cooking demonstration, whilst having a conversation how each section of lamb lends itself to a variety of cooking methods and dishes.
