Sourcing only the worlds best single origin cocoa beans from across the globe, Deniz & Kylie’s passion for chocolate brings you Australia’s most exclusive hand crafted chocolate, Cuvee Chocolate.

Working closely together on the menu, the Sardine + Cuvee kitchen bring you a journey through nibbles, three savoury courses & two dessert courses, beautifully matched with wines.
