Shannon Bennett’s pear tarte tatin is the stuff of legend. It is complex yet utterly simple and uncomplicated. This will be a very small group of people who will get a deep dive into a very special dish. Hosted by Stuart from the Local in Metung and Chris Kimber, we grab pears from just down the road, very specially sourced spices and some hyper-local ice cream. This is a cooking demonstration, we will make some food then eat it. There will be plenty of banter in between.
