Nyerimilang Wander and Fireside Chat

Explore the peaceful woodland and rainforest of Nyerimilang Park on a leisurely walk, spotting the birdlife and clues to other wildlife living in this rich environment. Then take a break taking in the views, homestead and gardens before rejoining us for damper and billy tea by the fire at the old farm cottage.

You can choose to do one or both of the activities, venture on another of the park’s bushwalks, or bring a picnic – there’s so much to choose from at this special location.

Meet at the Rotunda, just in from the entry and shop. Closed shoes recommended as there are some steps and uneven ground. Bring your binoculars for birdwatching or to extend your view across the Gippsland Lakes from the spectacular lookout.
