Nourishing Traditions Sourdough making
Join Kirsten as she shares her own unique sourdough recipe together with the equipment and skills required to start baking at home.
With a Nutrition degree from Deakin University and over a decade’s experience teaching nutrition and home economics in schools, Kirsten has a wealth of knowledge to share. Baking sourdough bread has been a natural response for Kirsten to the challenge of living a healthy life with an autoimmune disease.
The workshop includes:
• Fresh bread to taste on arrival
• Comprehensive notes and recipe
• Sourdough starter culture
• Your own cooked loaf to take home
• Seasonal harvest lunch and local wine
• Optional meditation/tour of garden
• Further details provided upon booking.
Small groups per workshop to ensure an interactive experience.
