Mums & Bubs Circle
Mums deserve to have some quality time to themselves to unwind and recharge, but it’s often hard for them to find that time. This Circle has been created with the intention of dedicating time to allow mums to enjoy themselves while still connecting with their little ones. This is a space to share, connect and enjoy! We will do some gentle Yoga movements and mindfulness practices, which you can take home and do while looking after your precious little one. While doing something nice for our bodies we will connect with our bubs and each other and enjoy a cuppa together.
Please bring a towel and some oil or lotion for some pampering of our babies.
