To accompany Jill Herman’s exhibition ‘Lost Wax & Finding Treasure’ showing in the Foundry hallway gallery 3 June – 29 July. Learn about the art of lost wax casting with Foundry co-founder and jewellery maker Jill Hermans.

Create your own silver ring or pendant. Working with beeswax warmed over the fire pit, share a chai as you shape and mould your piece.

Jill will then show you how to make a ring tree and plaster mold ready for casting. You will be able to collect your rings in the coming weeks after Jill has cast the pieces in her studio.

Cost: $80 which includes a precious silver casting to keep.
