Inverno returns to Sodafish in Lakes Entrance, bringing together celebrated Melbourne restaurateur and chef Guy Grossi and Sodafish owner Nick Mahlook for an intimate, ticketed winter lunch that has quietly become one of regional Victoria’s most anticipated culinary events.

What started as a bold idea — to bring world-class Italian cooking to a small coastal town in the heart of winter — has blossomed into a beloved annual tradition. Each year the table gets longer, the flavours more refined, and the sense of community deeper.
