Inverno – Part III

For the third consecutive year, something truly special descends on the Gippsland Coast. Inverno returns to Sodafish in Lakes Entrance, bringing together celebrated Melbourne restaurateur and chef Guy Grossi and Sodafish owner Nick Mahlook for an intimate, ticketed winter lunch that has quietly become one of regional Victoria’s most anticipated culinary events.

What started as a bold idea — to bring world-class Italian cooking to a small coastal town in the heart of winter — has blossomed into a beloved annual tradition. Each year the table gets longer, the flavours more refined, and the sense of community deeper. Inverno III promises to be the most spectacular chapter yet; a feast rooted in seasonal local produce, traditional Italian technique, and the generous, soulful spirit that Guy Grossi and the Grossi family bring wherever they go.
