We will take a look at the fungi world; through growing gourmet mushrooms at home, medicinal mushrooms healing power, gardening with fungi and how to cook with mushrooms.
Christiane will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta and cook with mushrooms and then it will be served up for lunch a glass of local wine.
