Growing and Cooking with Mushrooms Workshop

Let’s explore the magical kingdom of fungi together with local grower and horticulturist Sena and professional chef Christiane at Culinaire Cooking School.
We will take a look at the fungi world; through how to grow mushrooms at home, medicinal mushroom healing power, gardening with fungi and how to cook with mushrooms. Christiane will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta with mushrooms.
For lunch, enjoy handmade fresh pasta with DownUnder Mushrooms and a glass of Nicholson River Winery 2017 Pinot Noir. Plus Reishi ice-tea, Lions mane lattes and a slice of four fungi cake.
