This winter, we’re turning up the warmth.

Think soulful movement, a live DJ spinning feel-good Italo Disco beats, vibrant connection & energy, and the kind of food that feels like being wrapped in an Italian nonna’s hug.

We begin with an uplifting yoga flow designed to shake off the winter chill- warming the body, softening the mind, and stirring the soul. Expect dynamic, playful movement, good music, and that delicious feeling of coming back to yourself.

After class, we gather for Aperitivo- beautiful Italian-inspired bites, shared plates, conversation, and of course, a perfectly poured Negroni (or two). Because winter was never meant to be rushed.

This is movement, music, and nourishment – done the Italian way.
