Fire & Ice @ Metung

Gather with locals and visitors on the Metung Village Green by Bancroft Bay to enjoy spectacular fire and ice entertainment, live music and food. During the afternoon watch the amazing live ice carving performance by Glenn Smith from Down Under Ice Designs, enjoy live music by Ben Cawood singing all the favourites and watch the kids faces light up when they tour the Metung CFA Fire Truck!

Enjoy giant lawn games, face painting and warm your belly with some incredibly tasty culinary delights on offer, including the The Doin’ Dumplings Dumpling Eating Contest which will be a highlight! Bancroft Bay Distillery Gin Bar will be busy pouring hot toddys & G&T’s and Sailors Grave Brewing will have the Tap Shack beer flowing.

Come sunset, get set for a jaw-dropping fire breathing & juggling show by Wacky Wombat Entertainment! Purchase a paper lantern and take part in the magical lakeside lantern parade that will conclude the event.
