Winter at Echo Bend is a time of quite beauty. The crisp air, misty mornings, a variety of bushwalks to be explored. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or new to the outdoors, the park provides a welcoming environment for all. Echo Bend offers a range of accommodations to suit your preferences.
You can bring your own caravan, campervan, tent or swag. We have powered & unpowered sites. On-site Caravans to take the hassle away from camping. Hot showers to ease the body after an invigorating day. In the evening you may like to gather around a campfire to share stories, reflecting from the natural/native bush setting.
Monday 22 June: 12 midday Arrive at camp/meet & greet other women/Introduction of event procedure.
Tuesday 23 June: 9am-12 midday, Bush Walk around the Mitchell River National Park.
Wednesday 24 June: 9am-11am, Bush Walk to Abseiling viewpoint. Activity at camp
Thursday 25 June: Recoup/relax. Optional Hut Walk
