By using the power of positive affirmations, diaphragmatic breathing and filling your head with “good noise”, you will feel empowered to create a life of joy, calm and happiness.
Bring along a cuppa, your chair or blanket and enjoy some “me-time”. This is a time to ground yourself and get back to your thoughts and feelings, that too often get overshadowed by the never ending “to-do” lists and the pull to be everything to everyone.
