Celebrate the Gold Rush with Celtic band Mollimor

Join us at the Junction Hotel car park, Swifts Creek, to celebrate the days of the 1850s Gold Rush with a live music performance by Celtic band Mollimor. A bonfire will be roaring, dampers will be on demand, and there will be prizes for the best gold rush dress ups (dogs included). This is part of a weekend of celebration in the iconic High Country, celebrating the Gold Rush in Omeo, Swifts Creek and Cassilis – unique to East Gippsland. Free entry, no need to book. Saturday 1 July from 5pm. Mollimor perform at 6pm. Dancing encouraged.

Funds for Mollimor’s performance  have been made available by East Gippsland Shire Council (EGSC) from Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV), and will be administered by the East Gippsland Community Foundation (EGCF).
