Buchan Foothills Festival of Colour
**CHANGE OF VENUE: BUCHAN RECREATION RESERVE – off Buchan-Orbost Road**
Join us for the Buchan Foothills Festival of Colour, a magical evening bursting with colour, rhythm, and fun for the whole family. The night kicks off with our enchanting Lantern Walk, lighting up the valley as we weave our way to the Butter Factory in a river of glowing lights.
Then the energy turns up with a Neon Dance Party – think dazzling lights, epic beats, and non-stop movement as our DJ brings the vibes and the dancefloor literally lights up! Expect roving entertainers, face painting, food trucks serving delicious eats, and activities to delight kids (and the young at heart).
We’ll wrap up the night with a bang, the perfect finale to a night that promises joy, connection, and a whole lot of sparkle.
✨ Don’t miss the glow-up – it’s Buchan like you’ve never seen it before!
Lantern Parade: Meet in the Caves Reserve at 5:30pm at the top of the walking track, opposite Caves House. The parade will follow the walking track alongside the Buchan River down to John Flynn Memorial Reserve and across the Buchan River Swing Bridge to the Butter Factory. You won’t miss the glow!
Accessibility: Most of the parade walk in on a concrete footpath, however the Swing Bridge is not suitable for wheel chairs. Last section of the walk from the Swing Bridge to the Butter Factory is on uneven grass.
