Winter Festival and Laneway 3875 Launch
Join in the fun as Laneway3875 launches to the public for the very first time. There will be incredible street food served from the back courtyards of cafes, a pop up soup kitchen, roving entertainment, fire breathing, live music and a light / art show.
Fire + Ice in Metung
Join Metung locals on the Metung Village Green for an afternoon of fire and ice entertainment, live music, food, and family fun with activities for all ages and surprising giveaways from Empty Esky.
Lakes Lights Festival
Be spellbound by the Lakes Light Festival with a parade of lanterns, weaving around lit-up sculptures that pay homage to the region’s flora and fauna. Bask in the glow of the laneway light projections and a jetty-side virtual reality installation.
Star Lantern Making Workshop
Take part in a Lantern Making Workshop at the Great Alpine Gallery and create a beautiful star lantern to hang in the street and help light up the charming High Country village along the iconic Great Alpine Road. Embrace the best of winter in East Gippsland.
